Lumi Studio Policies 🤍 At Lumi Studio, each appointment is thoughtfully reserved just for you. I take my time to provide detailed, quality work, so I truly appreciate your respect for my schedule. • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. • A booking deposit may be required to reserve your appointment. Your deposit will go toward your service. • If you don’t show up for your appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited. • If you’re running late, please send me a quick text. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require us to shorten or reschedule your appointment. • If you’re feeling unwell, please let me know as soon as you can, and we’ll find another time that works.
