CANCELLATION POLICY

At Lumi Studio, your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To respect everyone’s time, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or have their service shortened based on the remaining appointment time. • If you are feeling unwell, please contact me as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment.
